Brand "Coloniste" continues the tradition of the Bulgarian nation, who have brought to the village Krinichnoe (Odessa district) the real traditions of winemaking. Colonist is young enough trade mark, but it seems to be one of the best Ukrainian wines, which were ever produced here. Today, Colonist farm produces 110 thousand bottles per year, and it permits to give maximum attention to produce the high quality luxury wines.
The owner of the factory Ivan Plachkov is famous because of his politics life. But now he makes his dream comes true – to revive the glory of the Ukrainian winemakers, which wines were valued in most European countries and even in France. The winemaker believe that with the good wine, we can change the skeptical impression of Ukraine.
The Wine Empire of Plachkov is situated in the village Krinichnoe, Bolgrad district of Odessa, which, by the way, is located on the same latitude sa Boredaux region in France. There are 20 hectares of vineyards and modern winery with quality import equipment in Krinichnoe. In addition, Ivan Plachkov invited French enologist Olivier Degas to supervise all the process.
